About Event
The cost per person is $25.00 or $50.00 for a couple. The money is due to me by May 1st, 2010, after this date there will be an additional $15.00 charge per person. This is only because we have got to get the deposit paid on the location that we will be using and the DJ paid and food secured. The date for our reunion is Friday, September 17th and Saturday, September 18th 2010. The agenda for the weekend: Friday night: Football game at Abbeville High School (probably need to arrive around 6:30 for reserve seating) plan to purchase your ticket at the gate. Great opportunity to bring your whole family! After the game: We will be heading to the Side Pocket on the Square at the Rough House. This will be for adults only. There will be a DJ on hand and if you did not get full at the game there will be hotdogs, chips, cokes or any other beverages you might want. (The cost is whatever you want to purchase here) Saturday night: We will meet at the Belmont at 7:00 pm- 11:30pm for a night of dancing and getting reacquainted on the porch of the Belmont. There will be a DJ and heavy hors d’oeuvres served. There will also be a cash bar available in the basement of the Belmont. If you have a few old pictures that you would like to bring we will have a couple of display tables set up to place them on for all to see. You can take them home with you that night. Just do not forget them!!! Please make sure to pass the word. I will post a list of names that have not contacted me in a couple of weeks so we can make sure we get in touch with everyone. See you in September.
