This is our final attempt to ensure that as many LHS alumni as possible know about the upcoming banquet. Our class (Class of '64) is charged with sponsoring it, and we have worked mightily to make this an enjoyable evening. Registration begins at 5:30. We have acquired the talents of entertainer Steve Fazzini (stevefazzini.com) for the evening, and the guy is good! The Lordstown Historical Society will have a table featuring items and photos that will help your stroll down Memory Lane come to life. There will be a plethora (I think that means a lot) of door prizes. The food will be good. The dessert will be cakes made by fellow Lordstown alumnus Barbara (Orr) McCombs and Marge Koches, wife of alumnus Don Koches. And, most importantly, you will have the opportunity to renew friendships with former schoolmates and meet ones whom you never met before. Music. Food. Friendship. Memories. A perfect recipe for a memorable evening. Time is running short. Reservations must be in by May 3. Hello to fellow LHS Alumni! The LHS Class of '64 is very proud to present the 2014 version of the annual Lordstown Alumni Banquet, and you are invited. The banquet will be held on May 14th of 2014 at Roby Lee's in Newton Falls.
Steve Fazzini, an outstanding vocalist/entertainer, will perform. He will also be playing some "oldies" for your listening entertainment. Check out his talent at Stevefazzini.com. To help with fundraising to help defray the cost of the banquet, we are sponsoring a raffle with only 250 tickets to be sold.
Raffle winners will be drawn the night of the banquet, and there will be cash prizes with a top prize of $700. Winners need not be in attendance, but we sure do hope that you can be there! We need you!! If you are unable to attend and you are a prize winner, a check will be mailed to you. Help the LHS Class of '64 make this a memorable gathering for you and for us. Call/contact classmates and other LHS alumni whom you know and advise them of the big event. Plan to gather your class every year at this annual affair so that you can all stay in touch. You can help start a tradition that can help keep your class together.

Make checks payable to the Lorain Alumni Association. The LAA is registered with the IRS as a tax-exempt organization.
It will be an immense thrill for us to get to meet new LHS folks and reconnect with others. Please try to join us on the 14th of May. And please consider helping us by purchasing one or more raffle tickets.
