About	Phillip Snow age 61 of Cape Girardeau, Missouri passed away on December 7, 2021 at the Barnabas Acres. He was born on July 30, 1960 in Waukegan, Illinois, son of David and Nelly Pauline Johnson Snow. Phillip worked as an electrician. He is survived by his daughters Amber Tieman of Rolla, Missouri, Ashley Gibson of Wisconsin, Jessica Cross of Illinois, brother Frank Snow of Wisconsin. Phillip loved each and everyone of his grandchildren and they loved him. Grandchildren Cynthia, Kolton, and Olivia Webster with Bentley on the way in March, Lily, Leyna and Jacob Gibson, Khloe, Brooklyn, Forrest, Kadence. Phillip was always making everyone laugh and will be missed so very much. It is never goodbye! It’s see you later! Preceding him in death was his parents and sister Doris Snow. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later Date. Liley Funeral Homes in Marble Hill are in charge of arrangements.
