About	Loren Lee Douglas Jeffries, 52, of Locust Grove, OK died Wednesday, March 6, 2013 in his home. Father, grandfather, brother, son- Loren Lee Douglas Jeffries was truly cherished by his family and really enjoyed life to the fullest. Loren was a man of compassion, enthusiasm, charismatic, theatrical, always one to make you laugh; he always wore his heart on his sleeve, and was always there for his daughter and his grandchildren at any time. He will be remembered for his big scruffy beard and his cutoff jeans and that big silly cowboy hat. Loren was always trying to please others and help others out and those who he did were very grateful for that. Loren was a very talented keyboardist and music has always been a part of his life and his way of self expression. He loved to perform before a crowd and has entertained at weddings, The Illinois Bar Association, local clubs to venues of a few thousand fans. He has several recordings and recorded CDs. Loren had one daughter named Jennifer Gatzke in which he loved dearly and would do anything for. They shared so many fond memories of walking together in the woods, mending the wings of baby birds the fell out of their nests, and giving lots of hugs and encouraging words in times when she was under a lot of stress. Loren had two beautiful grandchildren Corbin Gatzke and Arianna Gatzke. Oh how he highly spoke of them. Those grandbabies were the world to him. He held their hand from their first step as a toddler, to their first step into kindergarten; He was always there for them. Making people feel loved is part of the inheritance Loren Lee Douglas Jeffries has left his family and friends. He will be deeply missed, but we should all look forward to being reunited with him one day. Loren precedes the death of his father, Bobby Lee Jeffries of Alma, AR. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Gatzke. Two Grandchildren, Corbin and Arianna Gatzke all from Cleveland, OK. His mother, Lola Jeffries of Alma, Ar; three brothers, Ronald and Dennis Jeffries both of Alma, AR and James Jeffries of Kenosha, WI.
