About	Michelle Mae Bailey, 52 of Beach Park, IL, passed away peacefully July 7, 2007 at home with family by her side after a long battle with multiple myeloma. She was the Beloved daughter of Bud and Marcine Bailey; loving sister of Kelly (Bernie) Lozar and Kevin (JoEllen) Bailey; cherished aunt of David, Katie, and Patrick Lozar and Elizabeth, John and William Bailey; devoted friend to many. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Guy and Mae Lund of Waukegan, IL and her paternal grandparents Jesse and Lena Bailey of Kampsville, IL. Michelle was born August 22, 1954 in Lake Forest, IL. She received a B.A. degree in Music Education from Carthage College in Wisconsin and a Masters of Music degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago. She taught music at Lake Forest Country Day School in Lake Forest and was the recruit choir director at Great Lakes Naval Training Center. She played trombone with the North Shore Concert Band in Evanston and sang with Camerata Singers of Lake Forest and Bach Week Festival Chorus. She was also a member of Toastmasters International. Michelle was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church in Lake Forest, serving as an elder and member of the choir and bell choir.
