About	Donna J. Owazany, 59, of Nanticoke passed away Thursday. A graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, she was employed for 30 years by Guardian Elder Care, Sheatown. She was secretary/treasurer and head negotiator of Union SEIU Local 1199P and a member of the Bubel/Aiken Foundation. She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Watkins; and brother, David Watkins.
