lets not forget

Class of 1988

Just a quick post to all of yous guys who ran out at commencement to never look back again..... feels that way, doesnt it?

I just want to write two names that were dear to me and are still in my heart.

The first one being Michael Bogdon
Our class lost Michael by the hands of a drunk driver on rt 11 in Larksville.
God Bless his mom because I'm so sure she still misses him. As a matter of fact I heard that she was looking for any pix that anyone had of Michael through his school years. But I would also like to say that Mrs. Bogdon.. Michael's mom surely shows that her son will forever be in her heart. Everytime I pass the drive in I see that reminder sign that he passed away right there. But under that sign?? There is always fresh flowers..a personal note...a candel lit... just SOMETHING.. ALWAYS!! and Mrs. Bogdon I'm sure Im not only speaking for myself but for all of us who were in band with him through the middle school and who stayed friends through high school... we are all sincerely sorry for your loss. I know it feels like yesterday to me that we walked out of that high school...most of us in that class with an abscent stare really not caring when we were having a reunion. I think we all feel lucky to have made it in that class..and your son.. he will always be in my heart and you in my prayers.
Another grave loss was Lisa Brutko Loiselle who at 32 not only lost her life unexpectidly but also took with her her full term daughter Sutton Rose...leaving behind a 2 year old daughter and a totally distraught husband. Dec.19, 2002 I lost a life long friend. Who am I to say she was too young? Like I said..a life long friend. She did leave behind her daughter Sierra (a spitting image of her mom I must add) and who holds Lisa's spirit inside of her that she doesnt even realize from her smile to her laugh that she is exactly is and will always be Lisa's daughter.
Peace be with them and their loved ones. Some may ask "but why?" and others may answer "but why not"
we are here for a short time..some of us shorter than others so kiss your loved ones goodnight. Don't go to bed angry. and certainally don't take life for granted.
"Here, Here class of 88"
Peace
