Combed through my address book hoping to find some active email addresses of classmates.
Please help spread the word: A few of us who reside in this area are planning a low keyed gathering on Sept 22 at 4 p.m. at the Shark Club in Waterford.
No mailings, no room rented, simply a get together of old friends. Restaurant is huge has much space where tables can be moved together.
Hope you can attend and/or help to get out the word.

Dave Pomeroy suggests to make this a loosely structured event where those wishing to attend will just drop by a certain place.
"I also think if we could secure an agreement with a facility in the range of the high school it would make good sense.
It would be great if we could identify a place where we do not have to make a formal body count commitment but also be assured they could accommodate 50-75 guests, an approx. guess.
The back patio area of the Moose Preserve is fairly extensive, quite pleasant indeed. Not sure if that would work. The old Kingsley Inn is being remodeled. Uncertain about that. Meets the geographic test."

The 50th Reunion for Class of 1965 will start on Thursday, August 6 and go until Sunday, August 9th, 2015. The main event is Saturday evening with a dinner at the Birmingham Country Club. Friday evening we have a casual get together at Dick O' Dow's on Maple in B'ham. Saturday afternoon will; be a tour of Groves. Sunday morning we have a brunch at the Village Club of Bloomfield Hills. From Thursday till Sunday there will be "field trips" available to places like the Detroit Zoo, a Tiger's ball game, Art museums, walking tour of Birmingham, Picnic at Kensington, etc. These are all in the planning stages. There will also be lunches just for various grade schools so that we have a chance to share "old times". Email Newsletters will be sent out and we are sending letters to anyone we could not find an email for. To those who haven't heard, our 10 year reunion will be December 23rd. It is being held at Dick O' Dows and starts between 8-9pm. The charge (since Ronnie hasn't told anyone if we have a class fund) will be $20 person, $40 per couple. This will go towards food and drinks if we get enough people to come.
