| About Me | On 26 September 2019 I suffered a life-changing injury while training for a triathlon. It resulted in a severe compression fracture to my cervical spine. Since then I’ve spent most of my time adapting to life as a quadriplegic. Sue, my wife and partner for life has been right there with me every step of the way.
