Hi everybody, Hope you are doing well and surviving the winter. We had a very hard freeze for about a week and now we are in the 70's. I think we are going to get another cold front next week while we will be away in Florida. I thought I made the trip arrangements for the end of this month, but Rick called me last week and told me we are leaving this Wednesday. OMG. I had just gone to the resale store for Christmas decorations. Bought a bunch of those AND a beautiful dresser and tall cabinet for a fantastic price. It's brand new! That's The Woodlands.So my house is a mess. I also had the movers rearrange my living room and take my reclining chair so now it looks empty. We are leaving for FL on Wed. and will be in Tampa from Thursday the 5th - 10th staying at the Sailport, which my brother says is gorgeous. Let me know if any of you are available to get together maybe for lunch one day. I would love to see all of you. PM me or email me at janichol101@aol.com. Happy New Year. Can't believe it's 2023. Crazy.

I wish I could have been there but it just wasn't meant to be. Sorry.

My husband and I will be in Tampa, Florida from December 8 through December 10. He'll be driving. If anybody would like to get together for lunch one of those days, let me know. We will be staying at the Sailport Waterfront Suites in Tampa. It's really nice, right on the water. We're visiting my 97 year old mother. Can you believe she's still alive? It's amazing. But, if anyone would like to get together again, let me know. Class of '71 reunion to be continued. LOL. If anybody would like to spend the night (or more), ask for Nicole. She's real sweet. Friday, July 15, 2022 – Informal Meet & Greet 7 to 9 pm at Three Figs Restaurant, 94 Mountain Rd in Suffield. Consider having dinner there before as the food is excellent.
Optional Saturday activities – Please contact the classmate indicated if you are interested.
Optional activities suggestions – The cruise line (Lady Katherine) is still not running. So, no activities are scheduled for Saturday afternoon. Contact Janice Barteaux at janichol101@aol.com if you have suggestions.
Golf – Contact Steve Farr sjfarrside@cox.net as he is keeping a running list of those interested in playing when looking for tee times and groupings.
