About	Lance had beat breast cancer in the mid 2000's. In August of 2013 he was diagnosed with bone marrow cancer. After trying multiple chemo therapies, he passed away May 29th, 2014. Lance was my best friend for the last 55 years, as we met when we were 5 years old. We went to the same schools together, worked the same jobs and never lived more then 20 miles apart. I talked to him 3 or 4 times a day. When he passed away, I am extremely happy to say that his faith in Jesus Christ was strong! In the end, he knew he wasn't going to beat this cancer, but he also knew where he was going. He passed away with that knowledge, which makes his departure much easier for those of us he left behind. Lance is survived by his wife of 38 years, Yvonne. He also leaves behind his sons Michael and his wife Bethany and Christopher and his wife Johanna. He also leaves behind his only two siblings, Carl and Linda, both of whom were older then Lance. Lance, you touched many, many lives in your 60 years here. We will always remember you and miss you.
