Detailed event flyer attached for our Reunion Weekend. If you are unable to make the Saturday night event at Umberto’s, perhaps you can make one or two of the others. We would love to see you!

*Please note our Saturday night reunion has been relocated to Umberto’s Italian Restaurant from 5:00pm to 11:00pm. Sit down dinner served from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Cost remains $50.00. We would appreciate your pre-registering to provide a head count for food. Cost at the door will be $60.00 and must be in cash. No Checks Accepted! Dress attire is casual as in the past. Be comfortable…Be yourself!!

Your Reunion Committee has reserved a block of rooms at Courtyard by Marriott-Rockville for those Classmates needing sleeping arrangements while in town for the Reunion. This hotel is 20 minutes from our Saturday night event -- Umberto’s Italian Restaurant; and 14 minutes from our Friday happy hour social -- Miller’s Ale House. Please contact us and we will email the online reservation link to you as I am unable to post it here; or you can call the reservation number listed below.

Dear WHS Class of ’72,

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to move the Saturday night event from Knights of Columbus to Umberto’s Italian Restaurant located at 5500 Olney Laytonsville Road (MD-108), Olney, MD. The owner of Umberto’s is closing the restaurant to the public for our private use. In addition, he is offering any item off the dinner menu, with the exception of specials. In this regard, the event will commence at 5pm versus 7pm. We will still have a DJ and photographer and open bar. There is indoor and outdoor seating. In addition to Saturday night, we have been invited to hold our Sunday luncheon on the patio at Umberto’s to wind up our Reunion weekend. We are finalizing all events and will keep you posted.

GOOD NEWS CLASSMATES: The reunion committee has received donations and offers of donations to assist those classmates who need some financial assistance with travel arrangements in order to attend our 50th year reunion in September. If you want to attend and need financial help with airfare and/or hotel accommodations, please reach out to us and we will help in any way that we can.
