About	June 24, 2003 James Allen Capsello, 50, passed away on June 24, 2003 at the home of his brother in Kirkville after a courageous fight with cancer. Born in Syracuse, Jim spent the last 30 years in Norfolk, Virginia where he owned and operated an inte-rior design workshop. Working with interior designers his company produced and installed custom window treatments in some of the most spectacular homes in the Tidewater area. He was a 1971 graduate of Westhill High School. He was predeceased by his father, William Capsello Sr. who died in October 2002 and his mother, Shirley T. Capsello who died in August 1985. He is survived by his brother, William Capsello Jr.
