Plans have firmed up for our 40th High School Reunion!
Here’s the scoop:
Date: October 11, 2014
Time: 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM
Place: Shackamaxon Country Club

Price: $100 per person, which includes DJ, light appetizers, buffet dinner, and dessert.
There will be a cash bar.
Confirmation and Payment MUST BE MADE BY June 15, 2014 so we can make our commitment to Shackamaxon and our reunion can take place.

Also, when sending your check, please include your name, current contact information, and a little bit about what you’ve been up to in the last 40 years so we can put together a little reunion booklet for everybody.
Besides the official reunion dinner on Saturday night, people will be gathering for an informal pre-reunion get together for drinks starting at about 7 PM at The Office Beer Bar & Grill (Formerly The Jolly Trolley), 411 North Avenue West, Westfield, NJ, 1-908-232-1207.
If needed, rooms have been blocked at the Best Western Westfield Inn for people coming in from out of town. It is at 435 North Avenue West. 908-654-5600. Make sure to mention WHS 1974 when booking. In addition we are attempting to get rooms blocked at another hotel. If we get this as well, we will let you know.

Want to sing 80s songs on stage with a live band made up of classmates? * We are looking for WHSers (especially the Class of 1984) to perform the night before the reunion. The evening came about when people were asking us if Gary's current band The Play Trains will be performing around the time of reunion. Now they are. A portion of the cover charge will be used to establish a scholarship to be given by the WHS Class of 1984 in memory of those in our class that have passed away. Americon Idol, WHS '84-style, is coming to the upcoming semi-official Pre-Reunion party, and we want you. That's right. It's another chance to impress your old friends and bask in their ...awe (or pity) when you step on stage with a stupor-group made up of musicians who played in Firstreet, Chamber of Commerce and Educated Guess. Just tell us a song you always thought you sang better than anyone else and join us at Crossroads, to show the world what they've missed all these years.
