About	Tom graduated valedictorian of the class of 1978. He was a law school professor at Appalachian School of Law. He was killed by one of his students on Jan. 16, 2002. Tom and Lisa Rosentreter were married for almost 20 years. They have three wonderful children, Zeb, Jillian and Zeke.
