The Reunion Committee has decided on the K of C for a BBQ dinner on Friday evening. Saturday we'd like to have a bus to take us around town to see all the changes. There are Fireworks Sat. night as part of the town's 300th Anniversary. Sunday breakfast at the Masonic Lodge on Church St. for those that don't want to leave all their old friends yet. Please go to the Westborough 300th Anniversary site on FaceBook to see what events are taking place over this weekend. It would be fun if the old car buffs could bring a vehicle (at least pictures etc of them), photos of all the loved ones that'll be taking care of you in the near future, stories of your lives away from Westborough, info on old friends you've kept in touch with but can't attend our 50th. We just might see some "oldies" we haven't seen at reunions in previous years, if at all since graduation. We'd love to hear from everyone whether you can attend or not. We grew up in a small town & many of us still live around here. We always felt more like family than just friends. (Especially the ones who went to Westborough schools for 12 years together.) Keep in touch & we hope you will be able to join us for a fun filled weekend. We'll have more info on costs when we get more info. Hope to hear from EVERYONE. (Oh ya, there's rumors that the Gemini 5 might play.) *** Doug Teschner is going to do a slideshow for us. He needs any pictures you have of our days in the Westboro school system.
