About	ELIZABETH MAGNO (1914 - 2015) Elizabeth 'Betty' Magno 'Lived a life of faith, hope and love,' raised her family in Chatham Township, 101 Elizabeth "Betty" Magno, 101, of Collegeville, Pa., passed away peacefully in her sleep on Dec. 13, 2015, at Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Royersford, Pa. Funeral arrangements are by Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd, Toms River, N.J. Visitation is Wednesday, Dec. 16, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Thursday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, 685 Hooper Ave., Toms River, N.J. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Toms River. Betty was born Oct. 20, 1914, in Newark, N.J., to Louis V. and Mary (Soemer) Tonero. Betty was predeceased by her husband, Gregory (1984), her parents, three sisters and four brothers. Betty graduated from West Side High School in 1932 and married Greg Magno on Nov. 8, 1941. In 1945 the family moved to Chatham Township, N.J., where she raised her children. In 1982, she and Greg moved to Toms River, N.J. In 2005, she sold her car and house and lived with her daughter, and then her son, Michael. Betty lived a life of Faith, Hope and Love and passed these gifts onto her family. She was known for her sense of humor, and enjoyed sewing clothes for her family, baking, cooking, painting and wallpapering. She is survived by her children, Michael (Teresa) of Collegeville, Pa., Richard (Carol) of Waldorf, Md., and Marybeth Magno of Matawan, N.J.; her grandchildren, Daniel, Teresa Anne (Roger) Hilaman, James (Jessica), Michael, Gregory (Gretchen), Andrew (Carmen), and Ted (Joy); and 10 great-grandchildren.
