About	Patsy was born and grew up in Waynesville, NC (Haywood County) and a 1952 graduate of Waynesville Township HS. She entered Heaven on September 3rd, 2011. Services were held September 7, 2011 at Wells Funeral Home in Waynesville and burial at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park in Waynesville. http://www.wellsfuneralhome.com/_mgxroot/page_10780.php?task=Search&listing=Current She is survived by husband of 16 years, Gary Matthews, one son, Jeffrey Snyder, one daughter, Lisa Warlick, two stepdaughters, Bonny White and Sherry Bryant, both from Garner, NC, one grandchild, Brandy Snyder and six step-grandchildren, Bradley, Ashley, Lacey, Landon, Aaron and Parker. I was her Caregiver at home for 8 years as she was afflicted with Alzheimer''s disease. She was my soul mate and I miss her terribly.
