She was born in Waynesboro on July 19, 1983, the daughter of Roger A. Jenkins and Rhonda F. Bell. Surviving relatives besides her parents include a stepfather, Tracy Bell, of Waynesboro; stepmother, Lashaun Jenkins, of Staunton; one son, Isiah Jones, of Waynesboro; three brothers, Terry Bell and Sony Bell, both of Waynesboro, and Rajah Jenkins, of Staunton; five sisters, Tracy Bell, Sharmel Fitch, both of Waynesboro, Shameeka Fitch of Harrisonburg, Angela Jenkins and Aleisha Jenkins, both of Staunton; paternal grandparents, Roger C. and Dorothy Jenkins of Staunton; maternal grandparent, Robert Fitch; nephew, Jacaiess Woodward; uncles, James Jenkins, Dwayne Jenkins and William Tolliver; aunts, Deborah Brown, Laverne Fitch, Robbie Fitch, Charlene Howard, Judith Jenkins, Deborah Jenkins and Rene' Jenkins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Geraldine Winston. Also surviving are many other relatives and friends.
