Events David Gutzdorf , 68, of Watertown, Wisconsin, passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at the Claremore Veterans Center.

David was born in Watertown, Wisconsin, on November 17, 1948, to the late Bernice Alice (Zastrow) Gutzdorf and Alex A. Gutzdorf, Jr. He graduated from Watertown High School in 1966. He served in the U.S. Army as a SP4 from 1969 until being honorably discharged in 1971. David loved working alongside his brothers, as an a auto body repairman at the Watertown Body Shop. Keeping with the car theme, was his love of classic cars and watching NASCAR races. Whether watching his Green Bay Packers or the Wisconsin Badgers win at football, he was just as passionate for, his baseball team, the Milwaukee Brewers. He also, enjoyed watching his favorite wrestler, Rick Flair, win many of matches on WWE. David loved to visit and spend quality time with his family over the Christmas holiday and hadn't missed the opportunity to do so since, 1992.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Bernice and Alex Gutzdorf, siblings; Wayne and Sharon.

David is survived by daughters Tamara Gutzdorf and Bridget Dale and son in law Jack Dale of Moore, Oklahoma. Granddaughters Melissa Carey (Colton Carey) and Jadrea Dale. Great granddaughters Selene and Scarlette Carey; two sisters, Sandra Honn of Spokane, WA and Beverly (Michael) Schilling of Watertown; six brothers, Howard (Joyce) Gutzdorf of Watertown; Ronald “Hoot” Gutzdorf of Watertown; Scott “Rooster” (Lori) Gutzdorf of Watertown; Daniel “Neck” Gutzdorf of Watertown; Michael “Punkin” Gutzdorf of Watertown and Dennis (Debbie) Gutzdorf of Watertown, as well as many other loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
