About Event
The 1983 State Championship Runner-Up Football Team was selected into the WACOHI Hall of Fame. All footballs players and coaches from the ’83 team are invited to the Friday Homecoming game on 9/27 to participate in the HOF induction ceremony. There will be a ceremony at Five Points before the game and then recognition on the Field at half-time of the Varsity Game. There will be more information to follow as we learn more details from the High School. Please help us spread the work so we can get as many teammates as possible back to this event.
The Homecoming football game is at 7:30pm. General admission tickets are $4 and you can sit in the brand new bleachers! After the game, there will be informal get together at Kep's Sports Bar and Grill, 314 Muller Road in Washington.
What are the plans for Saturday Night?
Very much like the 30th year reunion except we’re older, wiser and better looking! We have rented the Knights of Columbus Hall, located just off the square in Washington. We will have finger foods (deli sandwiches, veggie and fruit trays, chicken strips, etc.). There will be a Cash Bar for all your drinking pleasure. WE MAY purchase a keg of beer if we have a plenty of classmates pre-register. So who wants some FREE BEER! We will also be playing your favorite hits from the 1980’s, so bring your dancing shoes! We need your help spreading the word about our 35 year class reunion, so please tell your classmates about the event, especially those who are not on Facebook. Let’s have a great turn out and party like we did back in 1984!

Hey People we are only about 2 months away from the reunion and 1 month from our final RSVP date. we have had several people respond that that have responded that they are going but have not received the payment for the event yet. Please do this ASAP so that we can better plan the event and get the food and other items orders paid for.. if you include a way to contact you when you send payment, I will let you know that I have received your payment so that you know that it has been received..
