About	Robert “Bobby” Phillip Watson, 35, of Winchester, VA passed away on January 1st, 2022 at Winchester Medical Center. Bobby was born May 23rd, 1986 in Framingham, MA. He was a 2004 graduate of Warren County High School and was a dedicated pharmacy technician at Lester and Mowery’s Pharmacy and, later, at Family Pharmacy. He is survived by his parents Robert and Debra (Desroches) Watson and his sister, Bethany Rolen, and her husband Michael Rolen. In addition, he is survived by his grandparents, Robert and Joan Watson, and Beverly Desroches. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Henry Desroches. Bobby was an avid griller who was happy to transport his grill or smoker all over to cook for his friends and family. He was also a lifelong Boston sports fan who was rarely spotted without his beloved (old) Red Sox hat. He was even dubbed “Boston Bob” by friends at his favorite hangout. Bobby was a generous friend and someone who never met a stranger. He was fiercely loyal and protective of those he loved. He always rooted for the underdog. Maybe that’s why he also cheered for the Washington Football Team. Bobby was always quick with a sarcastic or witty comment and a booming laugh that will be missed by family, friends, and his BDubs crew. He was a lover of animals: dogs, cats, and even horses (but not Jamison). In lieu of flowers, his family asks that donations be made in his name to the Humane Society of Warren County. There will be a celebration of life in Virginia, as well as in Maine, at a later date.
