Hello Classmates,

We hope this note finds you and your families in good physical health. It has been several long and difficult months for us all with COVID-19 sitting on our doorsteps keeping many of us quarantined. Our thoughts and prayers go to those who may have lost loved ones due to this deadly virus. That being said, if at this time you have already paid in full for the Reunion and feel uncomfortable with "life's new normal", please let one of us know and your check will be refunded immediately.

So folks here are the facts...We wanted to keep you all updated on our thoughts and figures for our Reunion. At this point we have 25 people paid in-full, and we are extending the "Pay by" date to July 31, 2020. Of course, in order to celebrate our "reunion", we need two major scenarios to happen simultaneously: (a) October 10th will be considered "safe" for us all to gather together, and (b) we will have enough folks paid in-full by July 31st. If both of these situations do not coincide with one another, we will have to cancel our night of fun, memories, and laughter...which we will all need by then! If we do have to cancel, all monies will be refunded to ALL.

The Committee has tossed this situation around in hopes we could present you all with a more defined plan. If anyone has other ideas, please reach out to any of us with your thoughts. We WILL make this work some how!!!! If not in October, then we will look at 2021.
