About	Rod Nelson, age 73, died Wed of cancer after 11 years of ever increasing health issues. After 4 yrs at Lowell Tech he went in the airforce in TX. After that he went to Cal. Tech. For his masters. Graduated Summa Cum Laude. After that he started his own AC company. When he retired from that he joined his wife's real estate agency. Together they traveled the US and Canada in their RV. They made numerous friends every where. He was well known for his great parties, at which he often played his guitar and sang. He also made art, mostly sculpture, very successfully. He will be greatly missed by his wife Barbara, daughter Cyndie, son Patrick, his 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, also by his sister Brenda (WRHS 1963), his niece Heather, and his nephew Kristian.
