About Good morning,

Robert Thomas Martin Mauch

5/7/1950 - 11/27/2009

Bob died in his sleep at his home after suffering with emphysema for many years.
Following graduation from W.T White high School in 1968 he served in the U.S. Army 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vietnam.
He was an accomplished athlete, machinist, motocross rider, and mechanic. In his later years he thinned out his collection of motorcycles, selling some and giving special ones to special people. He kept a few of his favorites and was actively working on them at the time of his death.
He is survived by his sisters, Janet L. (Robert) Liepsner and Leta E. Mauch, nieces, Claudia J. (Timothy) Boles and Catherine O. Liepsner, nephews Tyler S. Boles, Wade T. Boles.
He was loved by many. To mention a few who were such good friends to Bob during his illness were Gig Dalton, Steve Laurence, Dick Neilsen, Glenn Smith, John Wyatt, Steve Coonrod, Danny Lurye and his beloved dog Patch. He was the best brother anyone could hope for. We will remember and miss him forever.
There will be a military burial at 1pm at the Dallas Ft Worth National Cemetary , 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy. Attendees are asked to meet at the information center. Following his burial there will be a reception at Bob's house (11223 Pinocchio Dr.) at 3pm.
