About Event

Hey, Villa Park Spartans! Can you believe it's been 20 years?! Can't wait to see everyone and reconnect. Here are the important reunion details:

PRICE
The earlier you book, the less you pay - it also helps us put down our deposit and secure the venue. The rate goes up each month on the 10th. The price at the door will be $125 per ticket. Our minimum required tab for the evening is $10,000 so we need at least 100 people to help offset our costs without leaving us in the hole.

HOW TO PAY
1) PayPal: Pay directly via PayPal with a linked bank account to avoid credit card transaction fees. This is going to be the cheapest option for all of us!

2) Credit or Debit Card: For your convenience, you can pay with your credit or debit card. Note there is a small handling fee. If you're on a smartphone see the "Register" section below (to the right on a computer).

3) Cash or Check: If you prefer to pay with cash or a check, please email us at vphs1995@gmail.com.

4) At the door: If you pay at the door, the price will be $125 in cash. If you'd like to pay with credit card, note that there will be a small handling fee added to the transaction.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The ticket price will include the following:
Tray-passed appetizers
An open bar for the first hour (come early for free drinks!)
A buffet dinner with sides and salads
Non-alcoholic drinks
Dessert from Rockwell's Bakery
2 free drink tickets (beer, wine, well drinks)
We will also have affordable drink specials throughout the evening.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Yes, of course! As long as one of you is from our class (and age 21 or over), please feel free to bring a significant other or guest. You're also welcome to come on your own!

SPONSORSHIPS
The ticket price will be covering our venue, food, and some beverage costs, but we need to raise funds for all the extras. Let us know if you can help contribute in any of the following ways:

Donate a door prize
Pitch in to offset the costs of a DJ and photographer
Contribute money toward decorations and supplies

For those who will be traveling from out of town, we have secured rooms at two local hotels. A block of 10 rooms for Friday and Saturday nights (October 9 and 10, 2015) have been set aside for your convenience at the Ayres Hotel Orange on The City Drive South and at the Ayres Hotel Anaheim on Katella Ave.
