About	Dominic Thomas Anthony Owens, 41, Topeka, passed away Fri., Dec. 26, 2008. Dominic was born Jan. 15, 1967 in Manchester, England, the son of William Owens and Martha Togher Owens. He attended Assumption Grade School and graduated from Topeka West High in 1985. Dominic served in the 82nd Airborn Division of the US Army. He was a computer programmer. Life was sometimes tough but he had no complaints. He was well liked, charming and had a wonderful sense of humor. Survivors include his mother, Martha Owens, Topeka; father, William Owens and step-mother, Marilyn, Mayetta; brothers, Paul Owens, Terry Owens, John Owens, all of Topeka and Victor Owens, Lompoc CA; step-brother, Larry Shaw; step-sisters, Lacinda Housholder, Kimberly Bean and Debbie McEntire; his aunt, Sheila McGuire, Ireland; twelve cousins; seven nephews and one great-niece. Family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Mon. at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Rd, Topeka KS 66614. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tues. at Mater Dei Assumption Church. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
