Brian graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. Brian was preceded in death by his father, Francis "Gene" Smith. He is survived by mother, Carol Smith; son, Mitchell Nolan; brother, David Smith; aunts; uncles; and cousins. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home, Thursday, June 22, 2023. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home, Friday, June 23, 2023.
