About	Mignon Carter Mathis age 61 of Glen St. Mary, Florida, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2005. She was born on November 24, 1943 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Francis Eugene and Migonnette Spearing Carter. She lived in Jacksonville, prior to moving to Glen St. Mary 10 months ago. Mignon was a graduate of Terry Parker HS, class of 1961. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, cooking and oil painting. She loved to be the boss. She was predeceased by her husband; William Richard Mathis. Family members include her daughter; Renee Carter (Rudy) of Glen St. Mary; three brothers; Doug Carter (Kathy) and George Carter (Sharon) both of Jacksonville, FL; and Frankie Carter (Fran) of Cocoa Beach, FL; one sister; Maude Trasente of Jacksonville, FL also survive. Graveside funeral services will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery on Sunday, October 30, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. with Chaplin Tim McDaniel officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 29, 2005 from 6-8 p.m. in the Chapel of Fraser-Ferreira Funeral Services.
