About	Oliver Jacob Hyams, 36 years, of Mendon, died on Thursday, May 3, 2018, in Rutland Regional Medical Center, as a result of a traumatic accident. He was born on Sept. 1, 1981, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Richard and Deborah (Schebor) Hyams. Ollie graduated from Sycamore High School in 2000 and from Northern Kentucky University with a B.S. in Information Technology Engineering. He married Charity Allison Yager on April 8, 2006, in Cincinnati, Ohio. An IT manager, he worked for many different corporations and universities over the years but most recently, for the General Electric Co. Aviation Division here in Vermont. Oliver was a lover of music, tractors, motorcycles, art, travel and his family. Ollie is survived by his devoted wife and best friend, Charity (Yager) Hyams, and his cherished three boys Oscar Levi Hyams (age 5), Theodore Graham Hyams (age 3) and Louis Gilbert Hyams (age 1); his parents Rick and Debbie Hyams; his brother and sister-in-law Charlie and Rachelle Hyams; his sister and brother-in-law, Sara and Ryan Baltz; his three nieces Makenna, Mia and Isabella Hyams; his two nephews Miles and Kai; his brother-in-law, Scott Thomas Yager; his mother-in-law, Margie MacAskie; his father-in-law and stepmother-in-law, Geoffrey Yager and Jayne Treinen-Yager; and a large loving extended family
