About	John was in Sportman Club his Senior year. From his obituary: Beloved father and son, John Laviska, 62, passed away suddenly Sunday, June 19, 2016. He was predeceased by his father, John Laviska. John is survived by his son: Joseph and Yuliya Laviska, Jacksonville, Fla., treasured grandson, Alexander, mother and step-father, Virginia Laviska-Vinsevich and Victor Vinsevich, Binghamton. He leaves behind brothers: Stephen Laviska and husband, Dale Lally, New York, NY, Michael and Barbara Laviska, Binghamton, a large extended family and many friends. Funeral services will be held 9:00 am, Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with Reverend Tim Peterson officiating. Interment will follow services in Calvary Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 pm, Friday, June 24, 2016 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in John's name may be made to Broome County Veteran's Memorial Association, PO Box 694, Johnson City, New York 13790-0694.
