About	New Market - The funeral for Michael O'Brian Kelly, 23, of Congress Street, New Market will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Theis Funeral Chapel in New Market by the Rev. C. Bernard Troutman. Burial will be in Emmanuel Cemetery in New Market. Mr. Kelly died Sunday evening at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. He had suffered cystic fibrosis since birth. He was born in Harrisonburg Nov. 11, 1954 and was the son of Charlotte Foltz Kelly and the late O'Brian Kelly, Jr. Mr. Kelly graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in 1974 and had worked at Kennametsl Inc. in New Market. He was a member of Reformation Lutheran Church. Surviving in addition to his mother, are three sisters, Judy Walton of New Market, Debby Rosen of Rt. 1 New Market, Anna Kelly of Prince George, and a grandmother, Nannie Zirkley of New Market. Friends my call at the funeral chapel after 3 p.m. today. The family will receive friends at the Kelly home at any time. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Association, care of Jessie Sellers, PO Box 369, New Market.
