About	Kathryn (Teig) Bong In Loving Memory - Kathryn (Teig) Bong July 27, 1962 - August 3, 2009 Those we love don't go away, They walk beside us every day, Unseen, unheard, but always near, Still loved, still missed and very dear. Kathy (Teig) Bong (formerly of Stewartville, MN) lost her courageous 11-year battle with cancer on August 3, 2009. She will be forever missed by her husband and daughter, Paul and Megan Bong of Cary, NC; her parents Carol and Joyce Teig; and her siblings Karin (Brian) Grzanek and Wayne (Beth) Teig. Kathy was very active in her church and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, camping, and working on home improvement projects. She was committed to helping others and she provided a tremendous amount of support to others suffering from cancer. We will always be grateful for the faith, courage, and that amazing laugh she shared with us every day. She was truly an angel on earth!
