About	Venere was born on July 6, 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio; moved to Holland in 1962, graduating from Springfield High School in 1965; then graduating from Toledo University, married and moved to Vancouver, BC, Canada where she received her MBA at UBC. Later she moved to Calgary, Canada working as a Financial Consultant for National Bank Financial; frequently guested on CBC Radio & TV and contributed many articles to "Calgary Herald Newspaper". After retiring in 2007, she moved to Eastend, Sask., Canada and became the publisher of "The Eastern Edge Newspaper" along with volunteering for many charities. She is survived by her recently (2010) married husband Stephen Langton Goulet, her 93 year old mother Ruth Gauvreau in Cleveland, OH and her dog "Roo". She had many loves; writing, reading (150 books a year), knitting, crocheting, glass bead work, nature and animals. She was diagnosed in 2010 with 4th Stage breast cancer and lived her life fully (as always) in the year that followed. She had many friends all over Canada & US and will be missed by so many.
