About	Melissa Leigh Griffith, 37, of Fort Smith died Monday, Dec. 11, 2006, in Fort Smith. She was a homemaker, a dental hygienist, a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association and Heritage United Methodist Church of Van Buren. Memorial service will be 5 p.m. Thursday at Faith United Methodist Church in Fort Smith. Cremation was under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith. She is survived by her husband, Jon; a daughter, London Griffith of the home; a son, Tanner Griffith of the home; two brothers, Jack Horton of Fort Smith and Chris Horton of Springfield, Mo.; her mother, Mrs. John England of Fort Smith; and her maternal grandmother, Polly Materniack of Fort Smith. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hannah House Inc., 418 S. 17th St., Fort Smith, AR 72901.
