About	Brad Lizotte, 53, of Somerset passed away suddenly on April 30, 2017. He was the son of the late Robert T. Lizotte. Brad graduated from Somerset High School in 1982, where he was a member of the football team, and was a 1986 graduate of Southeastern Massachusetts University where he was a member of the swim team. He put his athletic skills to use patrolling the shores of Horseneck Beach as a lifeguard for many years in the 80s. The Horseneck stories about Brad are legendary. Brad is survived by his mother, Diana Lizotte of Somerset; two sisters, Beth Quinn and her husband Matt of Somerset, and Jodi McCarthy and her husband Chris of Franklin, also four nieces, two nephews and one great-niece. Brad had a big heart and a gentle soul. He was always happiest when he was cruising the waters of Buzzards Bay in search of Striped bass, or making homemade bread and pizza in his kitchen. Brad will be sadly missed by his family and his many, many friends. His ashes will be spread at the site of his favorite and most successful fishing spot in the bay which, as all fishermen understand, will remain undisclosed.
