About Me | Much can be said about who I am, what I like, what I plan to acheive in life, ect. Yet, in the end, there is only so much that one can say about themselves. I'm a very independent person who is strikingly in love with music, art, poetry, and last but not least food. I enjoy life and I make the most out of it that I possibly can so that later in life, while I lay motionless in my hospice bed slowly rotting next to the love of my life, I can reflect back and realize that I have no regrets. I believe that we all make mistakes but it's what we take from them that counts in the end, not the actual action. I'm an honest person who is not afraid to be himself and I pride myself in that fact. I used to hide myself from the world but now I'm at the point that if I'm asked a question I won't hide the truth. I may not "volunteer information" but that only partains to things that don't matter. If something in my life affects someone I care for then I will absolutely make them aware of any possible situation. Other then that, I don't intend to publicily narrate my entire life's story. I have one thing that I must confess... I am a hopeless romantic. I love the idea of falling in love with that perfect person and spending my life devoted to loving only them. A romantic evening for me would be a winters night huddled in front of the fire, cuddled underneath a warm blanket with a glass of wine in our hands, and yes mistletoe is dangling on the mantlepiece. Yes, you might be laughing and jeering right now, but while I sit cuddled in the arms of my sweetheart you'll be sitting alone on your sofa munching on a bowl of popcorn and going through your multiple seasons of Smallville just to pass the time. Not saying anything against Smallville since I in fact love the show, but you get the idea! Overall, my life is devoted to music and that means that I love mulitple genres and follow up with several individual artists. While I'm a major Beethoven fan who spends his spare time listening to Jacqueline Du Pre on the side, I find some time to squeeze in a few other artists: this would include Katy Perry, Foster the People, Muse, Kesha, and so on. As well as my mutual interest in music, I literally mean it when I say that my life is devoted to music. I'm a classical instrumentalist which means I devote a great portion of my time to my musical studies. I try hard to find time for those that I love but to be in my life I only ask for a bit of patience. It's already hard enough juggling my personal life with my future and current career without individuals persisting that I cancel a concert for a mutual visit. This is meant in no offense to anyone, but rather it is a clear and honest statement. I will put in as much effort towards a potential relationship as long as you put in an equal effort as well. Well, that's enough of my ranting. I'm open to meeting...(read more) |
