So here it is. The first official notice for the 40 year reunion for the class of 78 from Shorewood High School. The Dates are September 21st and 22nd. The 21st is a fun event at Shoreline Stadium with a few surprises during Shorewood's home football game against Shorecrest. The 22nd is the main reunion event which will be held at the New SHOREWOOD HIGH SCHOOOLitself. I'll have more details to come as I get things finalized.

It has been 40 years since the very first graduating class of Shorewood High School took the walk and received their Diploma's on Sunday, June 11th, 1978, in the Seattle Center Arena. It just doesn't seem like it could have been that long ago, but it was.
Now 40 years later, some things have changed. We're older, wiser certainly, some lucky ones have retired, with others even busier now than before, with their own businesses or families. One thing that has remained the same however, is our shared history at Shorewood High School from September 1975 through June 1978.
So if you are part of Shorewood's class of 1978, or staff or faculty of that time, please come join us for two great evenings of memories, music, laughter and fun.
First is the football game at Shoreline Stadium on Friday September 21st which starts at 7pm. We recommend an early arrival so you can take part in the Booster's BBQ, and other on site events prior to the start of the game. Our own David Raleigh will perform the National Anthem. And it's Spirit Night as well, so wear the colors if you still have them. Tickets for the game are sold at the Stadium, which is located at 18560 1st Ave NE, Shoreline, WA 98155.
Second, is the Main Class of 78 Reunion itself, which is being held at the New Shorewood High School, located at 17300 Fremont Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133. This is a beautiful facility that has replaced the one we knew so well. Our Reunion Event will be the following day on Saturday, September 22nd, starting at 5pm, and running to 11pm.
There are two ticket prices for this event. One with Dinner provided by Alexa's Catering at $78 (same as our year) , and one without dinner at $60. The Dinner tickets will be on sale until 6am September 14th. The non dinner tickets will be available until the dinner is being served. Please bring your own wine, spirits or beer as this is a BYOB type event. We'll have mixers, pop, water, coffee, and ice available for all.
