About Me	I have two boys, one wife and three bicycles that I enjoy riding for hours. I am a Man-child in the body of High School Physics teacher. In Jan 2009, my heart stopped for 43 minutes and my life was extended due to the mutual efforts of my wife, the Latham first responders and the staff at Albany Med.
