Santa Cruz High PTA First Ever Poker Night & Social Event
Where: The Portuguese Hall, 2136, 216 Evergreen Street, Santa Cruz, CA 95060
When: Friday, November 16th. Check-in starts at 6pm; Cards fly at 7pm sharp.
What: Enjoy a night out playing poker & blackjack while raising funds for SCHS clubs and programs. This is will be a fun-filled evening with refreshments and home-made Cuban tacos.
The event is open to the SCHS community, friends and family.
Tickets:
• $85 per player
• $25 spectators
• Tickets are limited to the first xxx players, so get yours before they’re gone!

Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors and the SCHS Alumni will be able to build parade floats and receive trophies for the “Most Spirited” and “Best Float”. The new principal, Brent Kline, is the Grand Marshal of the parade.
Please contact SCHS leadership teacher Kristina Stroeve for more information about this fun event. In the evening, watch our football team play the Soquel Knights!

SCHS Band Casino Night!
You are cordially invited to an evening of games, raffles, and a fabulous silent auction, all for the benefit of the Santa Cruz High School Music Program!
The event takes place on Saturday, February 27th at the Ventana Ballroom (Elks Lodge), 150 Jewell Street, in Santa Cruz. There will be 27 gaming tables including blackjack, poker, roulette, and craps.
Tickets for this 21+ event are $30 per person or two for $50. Each ticket holder receives $50 in chips at the door! More chips can be purchased throughout the evening. There will be snacks and a no-host bar. [Please be responsible and assign a designated driver.]
At the end of the evening, turn in your chips for raffle tickets and choose the prizes you'd like to win!
The silent auction event of the year will be featured! What do Salvador Dali, Joe Montana and Miles Davis have in common? All will be up for auction at the extravaganza that night. The auction will be unlike any other auctions you may have experienced. Featured items will include exquisite, limited edition artwork (think Dali, Picasso, Chagall and many lesser known, but equally original artists), signed sports and entertainment collectibles (Montana, Mays, Ruth...need we say more!), fabulous designer jewelry and ladies accessories, unique home décor, exotic getaways and much more.
