Rustie and I really liked attending Friday night basketball games at SMHS. Participating in the choir at the San Marino Community Church, especially in the summer, was really fun and interesting when after practice, Dr. Ken White took the entire choir to interesting places in the area like the Hollywood Bowl, the Passion Play, Pasadena Playhouse, Cinerama Dome, and Dodger Stadium. Rustie was my cousin and our family was fortunate that she became part of it for our last two years of high school.
