About	Brandon Laird, 27 ESCONDIDO -- Brandon "Bud" Laird, 27, died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2006, in Valley Center. Born June 14, 1979, in Escondido, he lived in Escondido all his life. He graduated from San Marcos High School in 1997. He enjoyed his family and friends, the desert, and riding his skateboard or bike. He is survived by his parents, Laura Laird and Shannon Laird of Valley Center; daughter Kayla Laird-Gardner; brothers Travis Laird and David Harrison; sisters Victoria Laird and Nicole Harrison stepmother Margaret Laird, stepfather Tom Ryan, and grandparents Bill and Mariana Laird, Edward and Kathleen Alcobia, and Michael and Irene Wegmann. A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, at Ridgeview Church in Valley Center. Cremains to be scattered. A reception will follow at the home of his mother.
