March 3, 2009 "Drew" was a career educator and school district administrator in Colorado, Texas, Michigan and the District of Columbia. He tirelessly championed and advocated for children and the schools that served them. Beloved husband for 32 years of Cheryle; cherished father of Andrew, Douglas and Camille. He is also survived by brother, William G. Crawford; sisters, Hope Crawford, Andrea Crawford, Trina Bonds and Michelle Sapenter; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be held at Andrew Rankin Memorial Chapel, 2371-6th St., N.W.; Thursday, March 12, viewing, 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment Rock Creek Cemetery. Services by HUNT FUNERAL HOME.
