Roxbury High School Alumni

The Roxbury High Wrestling Reunion will be held Saturday, January 23, 2010 (snow date February 6th). Please join us at 4:30 pm to check in. Dinner will be served at 5:00 pm in the cafeteria at the high school. At approximately 6:30 pm, announcements recognizing our Alumni will take place in the gym.

Two years ago Roxbury HS celebrated it's 50th year of wrestling with a reunion and dinner following a home match. It was very well attended and everyone enjoyed the memories. They will do the same this year at a date to be announced for the 2010 season. Hello--my Dad, Paul Thomas "Tom" Olsen, was a graduate of Roxbury High School in 1954. We just got a postcard today, asking him to update his alumni information. Unfortunately, my Dad passed away March 1, 2009 after a long illness, in Crossville, Tennessee. In fact, we just had a memorial service/wake yesterday, with a sort of St. Patrick's Weekend theme. His wife, Eileen Engstrom Olsen, is still surviving, as are myself and my brother, Leif Olsen (age 43) of Plano, TX. My name is Karen I. Olsen (age 44), and I live in Seattle. My parents retired to Fairfield Glade, TN in 1996 after living for over 20 years in Frederick, Maryland; and moved to Crossville, TN in September 2008.
