SHe was born June 4, 1949 to the late Audibee and Reasey (Harbin) Rowell. Left to Mourn her passing is her husband Eugene Sowards, one son Shawn E. Sowards and two sisters, Bonnie Spence, Carolyn Gilliam and a host of nephews and nieces. Judy was a former secertary, beau-tician and latter a homemaker.
