Born in Pontiac, Mich., she came here in 1999 from Jacksonville. She was a retired industrial instrument salesperson with Foxboro Industries, Foxboro, Mass. Survivors include her husband, Jack; a son, John, Wilmington, N.C.; a daughter, Jill Blackman, Bahamas; her mother, Conchita Kemppainen, and a sister, Lauren West, both of Kokomo, Ind. Thomas B.
