About	Ray died in his sleep at age 22 in March 1979. He had no known health problems. His heart just stopped in his sleep. Our family heard a rumor after he died that people believed he had committed suicide. That was a very hurtful rumor to hear about our dear brother. That rumor was totally untrue. Ray died a completely natural death. Unfortunately, it was at the ripe age of 22. Please communicate with his sister, Virginia Evans Berlin (Class of 1972) if you have any questions about Ray. He was a very sweet young man.
