SAVE THE DATE! RICHARDSON HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF ’68 50th REUNION.
Saturday evening, June 9, 2018 at the fabulous new Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center on the campus of the University of Texas at Dallas (just west of Canyon Creek in Richardson).Although we certainly aren’t old enough to celebrate 50 years since our high school graduation,let’s celebrate with “old” friends and renew acquaintances anyway. (Don’t worry, name tags will be available-not that we have changed at all:). John and Betty Groves have already begun taking reservations at a nostalgic $68 per person. .However, this price will hold only until November 1st, after that the cost is $75 per person. So, mail your checks payable to RHS ’68 Reunion, to John Groves at 1116 Windsong Trail, Richardson, TX 75081. Our website will be up soon with updates and additional information on special hotel rates, but in the meantime direct any questions or information regarding additional classmates (including those deceased) to rhsreunion68@gmail.com. If you are so inclined and want to include extra $$ for those who may not be able to attend due to cost, that would be great. We want the word to get out to as many of our classmates as possible and expect a great turnout!
Also….Homecoming is Oct. 27, 2017. More information to come on events for that day (no mums required).

Our 1967-68 State Semi-Finalist Football Team went further in the
playoffs than any team in the history of RHS, and they will be honored at
the Homecoming game--so we hope you'll plan on attending.
Schedule of Events:
3:00 p.m. - Guided Tour of the School - Meet inside the main entrance of the
school (east side facing Beltline)
4:00 p.m. - Homecoming Parade - Starts at Heights Elementary and
proceeds down Beltline in front of RHS.
5:00 p.m. - Tailgate - Meet in the west parking lot. Look for the 1968
Reunion sign. Bring a tailgate finger food to share and a chair.
The Reunion Committee will provide the tables, bottled water,
paper goods and utensils.
7:30 p.m. - Homecoming Game - RHS vs. Skyline High School (Dallas).
RHS Homecoming Game Tickets:
~ Tickets and seats have been reserved for our 1968 reunion group.
~ $7.00 each - CASH ONLY
~ Pick up tickets at the Will Call window before 7:30
Lodging for Homecoming:
~ Courtyard Dallas Richardson at Campbell; 2191 N. Greenville
Ave., Richardson, 75082
~ Special Rate of $68 double occupancy per night
~ Rate available 10/27/17 to 10/29/71
