About	(the oregonian obituary) Kevin Scott Hoggatt Jr. Wednesday, October 05, 2005 A funeral will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, 2005, in the Happy Valley Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for Kevin Scott Hoggatt Jr., who died Sept. 29 of leukemia at age 19. Mr. Hoggatt was born Oct. 7, 1985, in Milwaukie. He lived in Banks for five years as a child and then moved back to Milwaukie. He attended Rex Putnam High School and received his GED at age 16. He was a member of TriCity Baptist Church in Gladstone. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Anita and GeorgeWells; father, Kevin S. Hoggatt Sr.; sisters, Lisa Lyche, Stacy Giesbrecht and Amber Wells; grandfather, Peter Johnston; and grandmothers, Earline Hoggatt and Pauline Johnson.
