About	Oregonian Obit, published 2/11/09: Marshall, Cody Hampton 23 07/11/1985 01/29/2009 Cody Hampton Marshall was a kind, loving, compassionate young man whose brief life on earth, rose to be with our Lord on Jan. 29, 2009. He was just 23 years old. Cody was the only child born to Craig and Jodie Marshall, on July 11, 1985. Cody touched the hearts and lives of the many paths he crossed with his loving personality. He graduated from Rex Putnam High School in 2003, and attended Clackamas Community College, pursuing nursing. He worked as a CNA at Portland Adventist Hospital, and Miramont Pointe. His gentle touch, and contagious smile, touched all his patients. He gave with compassion. Cody volunteered at local animal adoption centers. We were so looking forward to seeing what great direction Cody would take along this earth's journey. May he touch as many people on his continued spiritual path as he did here on earth. Thank you Cody, for blessing our lives, if only for a brief time. We will dearly miss you. You are alive in our hearts. We invite you to share with us in the celebration of Cody's life at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, at Oregon City Abernethy Center, 606 15th St. Donations in Cody's memory may be made to the Oregon Humane Society. We will always love you Cody, and look forward to the day when we will all be together again. Survivors include his parents, Craig and Jodie; Grandma Jo; Auntie Lesley; uncles, Kirk, Rick, Mark and Tim; cousins, Hannah, Parker and Carter; and best friends, Leevan Arellano, David Walters and Daniel Zuniga.
